Preparations before the excavator starts

1. Check whether the amount of oil in the oil pan and the fuel injection pump is sufficient, and if necessary, add it to the prescribed position. But pay attention to the type and brand of engine oil, and don’t allow mistakes.
2. Check whether the amount of diesel in the mailbox is sufficient. If necessary, add diesel that has been precipitated and filtered through 48H, and the brand of diesel should be compatible with the temperature.
Different from the in-line plunger type fuel injection pump, the rotor-distributed fuel injection pump injects high-pressure diesel fuel in sequence, but also relies on diesel oil to lubricate internal components.
The inline column fuel injection pump relies on additional oil to lubricate the interior. If low-quality diesel is used, and the diesel filter element is not replaced in time according to maintenance requirements, the result will prematurely damage the fuel injection pump.

Air filter maintenance

 

Taking a diesel engine as an example, the paper filter air filter is generally maintained after 500-1500 hours of diesel engine operation, and can also be appropriately extended or shortened according to environmental conditions. Take out the filter element during maintenance, and lightly hit its end surface, or blow it out from the inner cavity of the filter element with compressed air, or use a brush to stain the surface. But do not wash with oil or water.
The inertial oil bath air filter is cleaned every 100 hours of work, and it can be cleaned every 150 ~ 200 hours when working in a clean environment. When cleaning, take out the steel wool, wash it in gasoline, and blow dry with compressed air. At the same time clean the oil pool in the filter, and then add an appropriate amount of new oil.

Maintenance of oil filters

Taking a diesel engine as an example, the wound oil filter should be removed and washed after every 200 hours of operation of the diesel engine. When disassembling and washing, first loosen the nut on the cover, remove the filter element with the cover, and then loosen the screws on the bottom shaft. Remove the filter element and clean it in kerosene or diesel, then blow it with compressed air. When reassembling, both ends of the inner and outer filter elements should be flat to ensure sealing. The screw hole of the coarse filter shaft screwed into the cover should be screwed to the end.
The wiper oil filter can rotate the handle in the direction of the arrow after the diesel engine works continuously for 4h. At this time, due to the rotation of the filter element, the wiper blade mounted on the positioning shaft will scrape off the dirt on the outer surface of the filter blade. After the diesel engine has worked for 200 hours, the filter element should be removed and washed.
Centrifugal oil filter is also called oil fine filter. It requires that the diesel engine should be disassembled and washed after every 200 hours of operation. When cleaning, the rotor in the filter can be immersed in diesel or kerosene, and its dirt can be removed with a brush. However, when cleaning, do not remove the two nozzles unless necessary.
The structure of the turbocharger oil filter is a network type. The oil through the network is 200 mesh / hour copper wire cloth, which can further filter the impurities to ensure the reliable lubrication of the turbocharger rotor bearings and other parts. There is an oil drain plug at the bottom of the shell, which can be removed by removing the plug during maintenance.
