Tractor and the engine of agricultural transport vehicles, are equipped with air filters, oil filters and diesel filters, commonly known as the “three filters”. The performance and service life of the engine are directly affected by the performance of the “three filters”.
At present, there are quite a lot of people who do not carry out maintenance and maintenance of the “three filters” according to the required time and regulations, resulting in frequent engine failures and premature entry into the maintenance period.
In addition to carefully maintaining the air filter in accordance with the specified time and operating requirements, the following points should be noted:
(1) Of the air filter diversion grid keep not deformation, not rust, its Angle should be 30 ~ 45 °, small resistance increases, affect the air intake, excessive airflow rotating abate, reduce dust separation ability. The surface of the blade shall not be painted to prevent oxidation particles from entering the cylinder. The direction of the dust outlet shall be subject to the discharge of dust particles.
(2) Clean the ventilation mesh during maintenance; For dust collection cup, dust particles must not exceed 1/3 of the height, otherwise should be removed in time; Dust collection cup mouth seal should be tight, rubber seal strip should not be damaged or lost.
(3) The oil level of the fine filter should be in compliance with the standard. If the oil level is too high, it will enter the cylinder and accumulate carbon; if the oil level is too low, it will reduce the filtration effect and accelerate the wear.
(4) If the mesh (wire) in the fine filter is substituted, the hole or wire diameter can only be slightly smaller, cannot be increased, and the loading amount cannot be reduced, otherwise the filtering effect will be reduced.
(5) There shall be no air leakage in the intake pipe. Oil change and cleaning shall be carried out in a place without wind and dust; High pressure air should be used to blow the filter, in a low humidity environment, the direction of blowing air should be opposite to the direction of air entering the filter; When installing, the folding lines of adjacent filter mesh should cross each other.
Oil filter must be maintained according to the specified time, and pay attention to the following points: centrifugal oil filter. Special attention should be paid to the installation of centrifugal filter after cleaning:
(1)There should be no resistance card phenomenon. Check method is, when the rotor is installed after the restoration, with the hand forced rotation of the rotor, let go of the rotor can freely rotate 2-3 circles after the stop, that is qualified;
(2) Can also be the sticky filter is installed in the car, engine starting, running a few minutes under the rated speed, when the oil temperature reaches 70 ℃ after flameout, then listen to the rotor continues to turn, outside shell can reach more than 1.5 minutes, is the installation qualification. If the above indicators are not met, it indicates that the installation is unqualified and should be reassembled.
