Natural gas low pressure filter (NG models)

Empty once every 3000km, close the air source valve before emptying, and manually operate the bottom drain valve (reverse thread) as shown in the figure. For details, see the label attached to the filter.

note:
Using non-original filter element or not replacing the filter element for a long time may cause the filter element to rupture after being blocked and damage the engine!
caveat:
When maintenance of the filter (including draining water and replacing the filter element) under high pressure is forbidden, please close the air source valve first, and then slowly release the pressure of the pipeline to ensure the safety. Performing maintenance work in a high-pressure environment may cause serious injury.
Fuel Filter
Release method
Shut off the engine and open the bleed valve to bleed water and sediment. When clean fuel is flowing out, tighten the relief valve.

caveat: Never disassemble the hand oil pump. 2. Replacement method Disassembly: Clean all the debris around the primary fuel filter and the fine fuel filter seat. Use a filter wrench to remove the fuel filter and drain the fuel. 3. installation ● Lubricate the O-ring with clean engine oil. ● Fill the primary fuel filter and fine fuel filter with clean fuel. ● Install the filter on the filter holder, and rotate the filter until the seal contacts the surface of the filter holder. After the seal contacts the surface of the filter seat, tighten the filter 3/4 turn. 4. Exhaust ● After the primary fuel filter is installed, unscrew the gas plug and press the hand oil pump to fill the primary filter with fuel to ensure that the sealing part does not leak oil. Finally, tighten the gas vent plug. ● Loosen the oil pipe connection bolt on the fuel distributor of the engine, continue to press the hand oil pump to exhaust the gas in the oil pipe, fill the oil pipe with fuel, and finally tighten the oil pipe connection bolt.
