First, choose the right diesel for the excavator

First of all, suitable diesel must be changed in winter.
Different brands of diesel should be selected according to different ambient temperatures; diesel must not be mixed with impurities, lime soil and water, otherwise the fuel pump will wear out prematurely; high paraffin and sulfur content in inferior fuel will cause damage to the engine; daily operations After completion, the fuel tank should be filled with fuel to prevent water droplets from forming on the inner wall of the fuel tank. Second, the maintenance of the filter
The filter element plays a role in filtering impurities in the oil or gas circuit, preventing it from invading the system and causing failure; various filter elements must be replaced regularly in accordance with the requirements of the (operation and maintenance manual); when replacing the filter element, it should be checked whether there is metal attached to the old On the filter element, if any metal particles are found, diagnose and take improvement measures in time; use a pure filter element that meets the requirements of the machine. The filter capacity of the inferior filter element is poor. The surface of the filter layer and the quality of the material do not meet the requirements, which will seriously affect the normal use of the machine.
Third, daily maintenance
Check, clean or replace the air filter element; clean the cooling system; check and tighten the track shoe bolts; check and adjust the back tension of the track; check the intake heater; replace the bucket teeth; adjust the bucket clearance; check the front window cleaning fluid Surface; check and adjust the air conditioner; clean the cabin floor; replace the crusher filter (optional).
When cleaning the inside of the cooling system, after the engine has sufficiently cooled, slowly loosen the water injection port cover to release the internal pressure of the water tank before water can be discharged. Do not perform cleaning work while the engine is running. High-speed rotating fans will cause danger; When fluid is used, the machine should be parked on a level ground.
Fourth, long-term storage and maintenance
When the machine is stored for a long time, in order to prevent the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder from rusting, the working device should be placed on the ground; the whole machine should be stored and dried in the indoor dry environment after being washed and dried; The machine is parked on a well-drained concrete floor; fill the fuel tank before storage, lubricate all parts, replace hydraulic oil and oil, apply a thin layer of butter to the exposed metal surface of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, and remove the negative terminal of the battery, or Remove the battery and store it separately; add the appropriate proportion of antifreeze to the cooling water according to the minimum ambient temperature; start the engine once a month and operate the machine in order to lubricate all moving parts and charge the battery at the same time; turn on the air conditioner and run for 5-10min.
