Several problems that are easily overlooked during maintenance:

1: Some users lose the upper and lower sealing rubber gaskets and oil cover of the filter element when maintaining the diesel filter, so that the diesel oil is not filtered through the filter core, and the gap between the filter element and the filter cover flows into the filter element without resistance. The cavity causes the diesel filter to lose its filtration and purification effect.

2: Some users reverse the position of the diesel filter tray and spring, or even throw them away, so that the inlet and outlet oil holes on the diesel filter cover are open, and the diesel oil is not filtered and directly enters the fuel injection pump.

3: When someone was cleaning the diesel generator set, after removing the filter, it was found that the inside and the filter element were particularly clean and free of impurities and moisture, which means that the diesel used was very clean. As everyone knows, this is an illusion, because the filter paper of the filter element is loose and the micropores are too large. At this time, the filter paper has not been filtered at all. If during use, it is found that the three precision parts of the diesel fuel system, especially the damper pair, are seriously worn, it may be caused by inferior filter elements.
