1000FG water separator fuel filter turbine series is a three-stage filtration system that can effectively remove pollutants (such as water, silica, sand, dust and rust) in the fuel to provide maximum protection for diesel engine components.
Working principle of fuel water separator filter: working principle
After the jet fuel enters the filter separator, it is first collected in the aluminum tray, and then dispersed into the coalescing filter element from the inside to the outside. The first step is to filter out solid impurities through the filter layer, and the second step is through the demulsification layer to remove the oil and water in the emulsified state. Separation, the third step is to coalesce the tiny water droplets into large water droplets by the coalescence layer, and settle in the water collection tank; then the small water droplets that can be coalesced in the future are further separated and settled in the sedimentation tank by the water repellency of the separation filter element. The valve is discharged. The clean fuel is collected in the secondary tray through the separation filter element and discharged from the outlet of the filter separator.
Working principle of fuel water separator filter: function
The fuel water separator filter is a kind of fuel filter. Its main function is to remove the water in the fuel, so as to reduce the failure of the fuel injection nozzle and prolong the service life of the engine. The principle is mainly based on the density difference between water and fuel, using the principle of gravity sedimentation to remove impurities and water separator, there are diffusion cones, filters and other separation elements inside. The oil-water separator also has other functions, such as pre-heating the fuel to prevent wax formation and filtering impurities.
